Terms and Conditions
- All damaged products needs to be send to our suppliers for assessment and according to the supplier’s recommendations units will either be replaced or repaired as the warranty lies with the supplier. Take note that testing or repairing of these units take time as the stock gets imported.
- All lightning and or power surges will not be covered on warranty.
- Therefore Lunarpro recommends that you as the client insure your system (Inverter, Battery and Panels) as soon as possible to ensure that you as a client is covered for power surges.
- Please store the original purchasing invoice or receipt carefully. Customers need to present it for warranty claim if required.
- Please note: The supplier reserves the ultimate explanation right on this service commitment.
- Free warranty service is provided for products with a valid warranty. It’s excluded from warranty are damages due to:
-Breaking the product seal / opening the casing without permission from Deye.
-Failure to observe the user manual, the installation guide, and the maintenance regulations
-Incorrect use or inappropriate operation
-Failure to observe the applicable safety regulations
-Force majeure (e.g., lightning, overvoltage, storm, fire)
For warranty invalid products, the supplier would charge for service fees for the service, example, spare parts cost, labour cost for products. Or according to maintenance contract, if there is maintenance contract signed.
- All terms and conditions from the supplier’s side will also be considered in the warranty.

Product Availability
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should stock be available orders will be processed within 24hours.
Should the product not be in stock please allow 7-14 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow delivery to our warehouse.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
We sell the goods to you on the following basis:
- we will bear the cost and we will choose the way of packaging and the goods unless agreed otherwise.
- we will do our best to dispatch the goods as soon as possible after you have placed an order,
- risks related to the goods pass to you on delivery.
- Ownership in the goods passes to you on payment of the fees in full.
Delivery Policy
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our Terms & Conditions. Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. In this event every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Re-shipment will be for your cost.
Order Processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
Returns, Order Cancellation, and Refunds
- The provision of goods and services by Lunarpro is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Lunarpro will order the product from our supplier and will be delivered once the stock has been received and booked in by us.
- All orders are dispatched via courier service. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.
- You accept that for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
- An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Lunarpro. Orders that are cancelled through no fault of Lunarpro will incur a 20% handling fee.
- If a product is not what you ordered or it is out of box failure when you receive it, kindly inform us immediately. We will then make arrangements for the product to be collected in order for us to test the unit. Should the product be an out of box failure we will replace the product should we have stock. If we don’t have stock we will order the product and courier the product as soon as we receive this from our supplier.
- Should the product be damaged by the courier services for any reason, photos should be provided of the actual product and the box in order for us to claim the product from our insurance provider. Should this not be done right after the product was delivered, the customer will lose the right of receiving a working product and his refund on the product.
